Regulations for using the Romet RentalSystem
These Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the Romet Rental Systems Public Bicycle Rental System
The content of the regulations is available free of charge on the website www.rometrental.com the system login page and in the mobile application.
2.1. Regulations - these regulations describe the rules and conditions of using the Romet Rental Systems System, the scope of rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Operator and the Customer. Acceptance of the Regulations and fulfillment of all conditions set out in it, is a requirement necessary to join and use the Romet Rental Systems System.
The Customer enters into a contract with the Romet Rental Systems System Operator upon registration, accepting the Regulations.
2.2 Agreement - an agreement between the Customer and the Operator of the Romet Rental Systems System determining mutual rights and obligations specified in the Regulations. The contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer, confirmation of registration in the activation link and payment of a one-off, non-returnable initial payment / deposit during the registration process at Romet Rental Systems
2.3 Romet Rental Systems System Operator - an organizational unit that provides services related to the Romet Rental Systems System is Arkus & Romet Group Sp. z o.o. based in Podgrodzie, Podgrodzie 32 C, 39-200 Dębica, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000234280, with NIP number 8722235254, REGON 180040712, share capital in the amount of 72,522 PLN 500.00 paid in full,
2.4. Romet Rental Systems system operating 24/7 technical and ICT infrastructure, software, devices and bicycles for the provision of maintenance-free service, short-term rental of bikes, referred to hereinafter as "Service" and "Rental".
2.5. Client - User of Romet Rental Systems, who registered in the Romet Rental Systems System, on the website, accepted the Regulations and Agreement, confirmed the registration with an activation link in the message received at the email address provided during registration and paid the initial fee / deposit of 29.00 PLN gross (twenty nine zlotys and 00/100).
2.6 Romet Rental Systems Service - technical service of the system, dealing with maintenance, relocation of bicycles at stations and repairs of the Romet Rental Systems System.
2.7 Customer Service Office - Hotline providing 24-hour telephone contact with the Romet Rental System Operator, on + 14 684 81 00, voice mail and e-mail, at the e-mail address: email@example.com
2.8 System operation area - administrative boundaries of the City of Dębica, within which it is allowed to use Romet Rental Systems bicycles.
2.9. Romet Rental Station - a place for renting and returning bikes by Customers, marked with the Romet Rental System symbol, equipped with a terminal and bicycle stands to which bicycles are returned (parked).
2.10 Terminal - a device for self-rental and return of a bicycle located at the Romet Rental Station.
2.11 Stand - bicycle parking stand in the form of a specialized handle equipped with electric lock and bicycle safety equipment.
2.12 Customer ID - the Customer's mobile phone number provided during registration and a 4-digit PIN number assigned by the Customer during the registration process in the Romet Rental System. The ID serves
2.13 Login- an individual identifier assigned by the Customer to log in to the Customer's panel in the Romet Rental System
2.14 Table of fees - price list of Romet Rental System services and fees constituting Annex No. 2 to the Regulations, available on the website www.rometrental.com and in the mobile application.
2.15 Client's personal Customer Account in the Romet Rental System, on which recognition and charges for using the Romet Rental System are carried out in accordance with the Table of Fees.
2.16 Internet Payments - quick online payment systems operated by external service providers - PayU and Eservice.
2.17 Initial / non-refundable deposit - one-off, non-refundable, minimum fee of PLN 29 paid by the Customer during registration at Romet Rental System, which determines the entitlement to start using the system. The amount is fully available to cover the first rentals.
2.18 Top-up amount - the amount paid by the Customer in the form of prepayment (top-up) to the Customer's personal pre-paid account, fully to be used to cover the fees for using the Romet Rental system according to the Table of Fees.
2.19. Bike Rental- start using the Romet Rental bike. Bike rental is described in item VII. Regulations: "Renting a bike".
2.20 Bike return - ending using the bike in any Romet Rental. The return of the bicycle is described in item IX. Regulations: "Return of the bike".
2.21 Code lock - Anti-theft cable with combination lock for securing the bicycle during a stop or returning the bike at the station in case of a full station.
2.21. Mobile application - Romet Rental system software that works on portable devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, palmtops or tablets.
2.22 Special events - promotional and information campaigns carried out for customers of the Romet Rental System during the System's operation, to promote and popularize among residents of Szczecinek
2.23 Organizer of the Romet Rental system - Arkus & Romet Group Sp. z o.o. based in Podgrodzie, Podgrodzie 32 C, 39-200 Dębica
2.24Romet Rental System - the area of the city of Słupsk, where the stations are located, presented on the website www.rometrental.com, bicycle stations and in the mobile application, within which the Romet Rental system operates.
2.25 Reservation - a feature that allows the customer to book a bike remotely and free of charge via the user panel on the website or in the mobile application. The reservation takes 10 minutes, after this time the reservation will be canceled automatically.
III Access to the Service
3.1 Full access to the Romet Rental Service is possible provided that the Client's computer system meets the following cumulative technical requirements:
• having an active e-mail account (email address), enabling contact with the Operator / Romet Hotline,
• having access to a device enabling browsing of websites with an installed operating system enabling the operation of this device together with one of the Internet browsers installed: Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari.
• having an active connection to the Internet,
• having the acceptance of Cookie files ("cookies") in the Web browser used by the Customer,
3.2. The Romet Rental System Operator informs that it is also possible to use other operating systems and web browsers in the terminal device mentioned above, however in this situation, due to technological reasons, it can not ensure correct operation.
3.3. The operator also provides the latest version of the Mobile Application available for devices with the iOS and Android operating system. For the application to work properly, always install the latest available version.
IV General conditions for using the Romet Rental System
4.1 The condition for using the Romet Rental System is the Customer's registration procedure at www.rometrental.com. The procedure consists of filling in the registration form and providing required, correct personal and contact details, accepting the provisions of the Regulations, conducting a correct verification of the e-mail address. mail by clicking the link received by email to the address provided during registration and making a non-returnable initial payment / deposit of PLN 29.
4.2. By accepting the Regulations, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data and to receive information materials to promote the Romet Rental System to the email address provided during registration. The Customer's personal data will be processed by the Operator only for purposes related to the operation of the Romet Rental System.
4.3. The Romet Rental System Operator will give the Customer a bicycle to use on the terms and conditions contained in the Regulations. The Customer undertakes to comply with the terms of the Regulations, in particular to pay the rent for a bicycle to the bank account indicated by the Operator, via an individual account in the Romet Rental System and to use the bike in accordance with its purpose.
4.4. The condition for the use of the Romet Rental System is that the Customer has in the Client's Account funds in the amount of at least 29.00 PLN (in words: twenty nine zloty 00/100), the amount being the right to rent one bike.
If you wish to acquire the right to rent two bikes, it is a prerequisite for borrowing two bikes that the Client has on the Client's Account funds in the amount of at least PLN 58.00 gross (in words: fifty eight zlotys 00/100). The User should also each time secure the amount he intends to use for journeys made in the Romet Rental System
4.5. The customer bears full responsibility for the bike from the moment of its rental - removing it from the Station, until the bike is returned - connecting it to the Station and completing the return procedure, subject to point 4.6 of this section of the Regulations. Before using the bike, the customer should verify its technical condition (check the operation of brakes, lighting, tire pressure), and if it raises his doubts, put the bike in the nearest stand and contact the Infoline. The customer is responsible in particular for any damage caused by his fault, from the time of renting a bike from any Station, until the moment of returning the bike, at any Station.
4.6 Minors who are under 18 years of age or other persons with limited legal capacity must provide the Operator with a written consent of their parents or other statutory representatives (legal guardians) before signing the Agreement - to conclude the Agreement and a statement on the acceptance of the Regulations, take over by parents or other statutory representatives (legal guardians) of liability for any damages arising in particular due to non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement. A model statement is available on the website www.rometrental.com (Annex No. 1). The signed statement must be delivered personally to the Operator or by sending it by registered mail to the address of the Romet Rental System Operator
4.7. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the Romet Rental Customer Service Office about the theft of the bike made during the rental of the bike and immediately report this fact to the local Police unit.
The customer is responsible for the theft of the rented bike and bears the financial responsibility in the event of its improper protection against theft during the rental, including, for example, unsecured bicycle with a safety rope.
4.8 The use of a rented bicycle is allowed in the city of Słupsk in the area specified by the Romet Rental System Operator, presented on the website rometrental.com and in the Romet Rental mobile application
V Responsibility / Commitment of the Customer
5.1. The customer is responsible for using the bike in accordance with the terms of the Regulations and the provisions of the Highway Code.
5.2. The customer undertakes to end the rental in a non-deteriorated condition from the condition in which the customer rented a bike.
5.3. The customer undertakes to ensure that the bike is properly and effectively secured during the rental against theft and any damage, including securing the bicycle with a safety rope.
5.4. Making the bike or account available to a third party is an act contrary to the provisions of the Regulations and does not release the Customer from liability for damage or theft, until the end of the rental.
5.5. The Customer bears full responsibility for the consequences of events arising as a result of violation of the applicable law and the Regulations while using the Romet Rental System. The System Operator is not responsible for this.
5.6 It is forbidden to use the Romet Rental System by persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, psychotropic substances or substitute substances within the meaning of the provisions on counteracting drug addiction, as well as drugs and substances whose use is a contraindication to driving vehicles.
5.7 The use of bikes as part of the Romet Rental System may only take place for non-commercial purposes and only for the Customer's personal use.
5.8 In the event of damage / destruction of the infrastructure of the Romet Rental System (bicycles, Terminals, Stations) resulting from improper use or breach of the provisions of the Regulations or the generally applicable law, the Client will be required to cover all costs of repair and bring damaged / damaged infrastructure to the condition it was in before the destruction / damage.
The Operator will issue a VAT invoice or invoice to the Customer for repairing the damaged / damaged infrastructure of the Romet Rental System.
5.9 A deliberate damage to the infrastructure of the Romet Rental System will result in the System Operator submitting a criminal offense to the prosecuting authorities, on the part damaging the liability for damage / destruction, and the need for the perpetrator to incur any costs incurred as a result of the damage / destruction.
5.10. In cases of the Customer's fault, any possible damage resulting from failure to perform or improper performance of the contract shall be borne by the Customer of the Romet Rental System.
5.11 It is forbidden for the Customer to transport bicycles by any means of private transport.
5.12 In the event of loss / damage / destruction of the bicycle by the Customer specified in the cases specified in point 4.7 or 5.8 of the Regulations, the total cost of replacement of the bike, as specified in the Table of Fees, is covered by the Customer.
5.13 The Customer is obliged to immediately cover all costs, penalties, fines and administrative fees imposed on him in connection with the use of the bike contrary to applicable law and the Regulations
5.14. The Client's exceeding of the 12-hour bike rental period results in additional costs specified in the Table of Fees
5.15 In the case when an accident or collision occurs during bicycle rental, the Client is obliged to write a statement or a summons to the place of the Police event. The customer is obliged to inform the Customer Service Office about this fact immediately after the occurrence of such an event
VI. Registration and Rules for the processing of personal data
6.1. Customer registration in the Romet Rental System takes place at www.rowery.szczecinek.pl, www.rometrenstal.com in the Romet Rental mobile application and is a prerequisite for using the Romet Rental System
6.2 The condition for registering a Client in the Romet Rental System is to provide the following data

6.5. Personal data provided by the Customer are processed by the Romet Rental System Operator solely for the purpose of the System's operation, for the purpose of executing the Agreement, handling complaints and in order to determine, assert or defend any claims.
6.6 The basis for the processing of the Customer's personal data by the Romet Rental System Operator is indispensable for the conclusion and performance of the contract between the Romet Rental System Operator and the Customer, which is concluded by accepting the Romet Rental System Regulations by the Customer, the obligation to fulfill legal obligations, as well as the legally legitimate interest pursued by the Romet Rental System Operator (in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims).
6.7 Recipients of Customers' personal data will be:
Organizer of the Romet Rental System: Arkus & Romet Group Sp. z o.o.
Comdrev Sp. z o.o. as a provider of ICT infrastructure
Comdrev.pl Sp. z o.o. as a provider of mobile applications and software, e-mail, web hosting
independent administrators - service providers supporting online payments (ie PayU based in Poznan) and by means of credit and debit cards (Eservice based in Warsaw),
public entities authorized under the applicable law to receive personal data (e.g. police).
Personal data will be made available only when there is a legal basis for it. In the case of entities providing services to the Romet Rental System Operator (ie acting on its behalf and on its behalf), the Operator will conclude an agreement to entrust data processing, and data will be entrusted only to entities that guarantee an appropriate level of security of entrusted personal data.
The Romet Rental System Operator ensures that all its employees and associates who process their Customers' personal data have been authorized to do so, and are obliged to keep all information confidential and confidential.
6.8. In connection with the processing of personal data, the Customer has the right to:
request further information on the use of his personal data,
require access to personal data and a copy of the data that has been forwarded
receive, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, personal data that has been provided to us and - if technically possible - request the transfer of such data to another administrator without hindrance if its processing is based on consent or contract and in a manner automated,
demand correction of any inaccuracies in the data we have,
request the deletion of any data for which Romet no longer has a legal basis,
objections to a given processing based on a legitimate interest due to reasons attributable to a particular situation of the client, unless our grounds for processing are superior to the client's interests, rights and freedoms,
request a restriction of data processing, e.g. for the time the complaint is processed,
file a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for the Protection of
The rights indicated above can be used by: (1) email contact at: email@example.com; (2) written contact, via traditional mail to the address of the Operator of the Romet Rental System.
6.9 The provided personal data and data collected on the basis of the Customer's activity (eg relationships) are not subject to any profiling activities, nor are they the basis for automated decision making.
6.10.Each customer who has made the registration procedure, after logging into the Romet Rental System, has access to all his data, has the possibility to update them in the SWRM System and access to transactions and loans for the duration of the Agreement.
6.11 Personal data will be processed by the Operator for as long as the Client has an account in the Romet Rental System, it will be necessary to provide services or for the period of providing bike rental services to the Organizer of the Romet Rental System. The Operator will also store the Customer's personal data if necessary in order to comply with legal obligations, settle disputes or enforce the provisions of concluded agreements (in particular towards the Organizer of the Romet Rental System and Customers).
If you do not need to process your personal data for the purposes set out in the Regulations, we will delete your personal data.
6.12 The Operator reserves the right to contact the Customer only in matters related to the implementation of the Agreement.
VII. Payment methods
7.1 The User pays a fee for using the Romet Rental System by making a payment to the Romet Rental customer's account created by the Operator in order to enable the Customer to use the Romet Rental System.
The payment to the prepaid account is made using the PayU online payment portal implemented on the website www.romterental.com after logging in to the Customer's account in the System and the payment methods available there.
7.2. A correctly booked payment is considered to be when the funds are on the Customer's prepaid account.
7.3. The funds paid into the Romet Rental Customer Account are for use in the System and are not refundable during and after the end of the contract except for the situation referred to in clause 12.3 of the Regulations.
VIII. BIke rental
8.1. The condition for renting a bike is to have an active account in the System and to have a positive balance on the Customer's Account, not less than PLN 29.00 gross (twenty nine 00/100).
It is also required for the User to have an active mobile phone allowing constant contact with the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System.
8.2. The bike can be rented at any Romet Rental Station after logging into the Romet Rental System with the telephone number provided during registration and following the messages displayed at the Terminal or in the mobile application.
8.3 The customer, before unclipping the selected bike from the bike stand, is obliged to ensure that the bike is useful for the agreed use. The customer should check in particular that the bicycle tires are inflated, the nuts on the wheels are twisted with adequate force, the chain is not too loose, the brakes they are in working order, if the steering wheel is not too loose and has a code fastened to the frame. In the event of improper condition of the bike, the Customer should immediately contact the Romet Rental System Service Office.
8.4. If any defect in the bike is detected, the Client is obliged to return the bike to the nearest Station and inform the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System, giving the side number of the bicycle.
8.5. The bicycle is equipped with a basket placed on the front of the bicycle. The basket is equipped with an expander for fixing and securing the transported cargo. It is adapted to transport small items weighing less than 15 kg.
It is strictly forbidden to carry children in the basket.
Heavier things placed in the cart may be destroyed, for which the Operator is not responsible. It is forbidden to transport sharp objects protruding beyond the basket rim.
In the event of an accident or other incident arising as a result of improper use of the basket by the Customer, the Operator shall not be liable for any damage to items or goods carried in the basket.
8.6 The maximum load on a bicycle intended for use by one person may not exceed 90 kg.
8.7. Bike rented in the Romet Rental System should be used in accordance with its intended use. A bike that is a means of urban transport is used to move between stations
The bike is not intended for high-performance riding, riding off paved surfaces, racing or pushing or pulling any thing or person.
8.8 In case of any problems with renting a bike at a given Station, the Customer should immediately contact the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System. The hotline employee will inform you about the solution that can be applied.
8.90 It is forbidden to use the security lock that is not part of the Romet Rental System, to block a bike at the Station. If such security is detected, the Operator reserves the right to remove it, charging the Customer with such costs in accordance with the Table of Fees.
8.10. It is forbidden to insert, in particular, fastening any other bikes to the Station, using any fastening. In the case of parking other bikes, they will be removed from the station with locks. The operator does not bear any responsibility for damaged bicycle locks not belonging to Romet Rental.
IX. The rental duration
9.1 The customer is required to return the bike at the latest by the twelfth hour of rental.
9.2 Exceeding the bike rental time results in the commencement of security measures and charges fees in accordance with the Table of Fees
9.3. Requirement indicated in point 9.1 does not apply to clients of special shares
X. Bicycle return.
10.1 The return of the bike can be made by the Customer in any Station by means of inserting the bicycle docking handle into the selected electro-lock placed in the Stand
The customer should make sure that the bike has been properly clipped by pulling the bike towards him. The correct return will be signaled by a message displayed on the Terminal screen, a voice message and a push message sent to the phone of the user having the Romet Rental application
It is not necessary to perform any other activities. The bike will be recognized in the Romet Rental System, automatically settled, and the fee due will be charged from the user's account to the Operator's account.
10.2 In the absence of free space on the Station (the station is overcrowded and there is no free electrolock), the Customer is obliged to return the bike using a code lock, fastening the bicycle to the bike rack
In this case, the return of the bike is possible using the Terminal keypad located on the Bike Station and via the mobile application.
10.3 If the bike return procedure is incorrect due to the fault of the Client, he is liable for any damage caused by wrongful actions to the Operator
XI Repairs and Breakdowns
11.1. Any failures should be reported by phone to the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System at telephone number +48 14 684 81 00 and in the mobile application located in the Main Menu in the Report Failure section
In the event of any failure preventing further driving, the Customer must stop, notify the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System and walk the bicycle to the nearest Station.
11.2. The customer undertakes to act in a way that limits the possibility of causing damage or liability for any reason due to improper use of the bicycle. The customer is obliged to have the opportunity to contact the Customer Service Office of the Romet Rental System for the whole time the bike is rented.
11.3. It is forbidden to carry out any repairs, modifications or replacement of parts on a rented bike. The only authorized entity for these activities is the Romet Rental Operator Service
12.1 The fee for renting a bicycle is set out in the Table of Fees available on the website www.rometrental.com, in the mobile application and at the Stations (Annex No. 2 to the Regulations). The fee is charged and collected according to the number of minutes of renting a bicycle, starting from the release of the lock in the rental process, ending at the end of the rental - the correct return of the bike to the Station.
12.2 Fees for using a bicycle depend on the length of the rental period.
12.3 If the fees due to the Operator for using the bike exceed the funds held on the User's Account, the User is obliged to bring the User's Account to the balance of at least PLN 0.00 within 7 days
13.1. The complaint is the Customer's notification via e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund of the fee for non-performance or improper performance of the Service.
13.2. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint within 7 days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint. All complaints related to services provided on the basis of the subject Regulations should be submitted via email to the Romet Rental System Operator at the e-mail address: email@example.com. Other forms of reporting complaints are not allowed
13.3 A correctly sent complaint must be sent from the e-mail address provided during registration. In addition to the event described in detail, the complaint must include customer data registered in the Romet Rental System, allowing for unambiguous identification of the customer. These data are:
• first name and last name,
• telephone number (Login)
• e-mail address provided during registration
In the case of incomplete data, the Operator reserves the right to leave the complaint without recognition.
13.4. The Romet Rental System Operator will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission or supplementation.
In the case of completing the complaint, the deadline for considering the complaint starts to run from the date of delivery of supporting documents, additional explanations or information.
Next, the customer will be sent feedback information to the e-mail address indicated during registration.
13.5. In the case of matters whose degree of difficulty prevents consideration in the abovementioned it is permissible to extend the time of consideration to 30 days, with prior information to the claimant about such necessity.
13.6. If the data or information specified in the complaint need to be supplemented, before proceeding with consideration of the complaint, the Romet Rental System Operator will ask the person lodging the complaint to complete the necessary information.
13.7. Filing a complaint does not release the User from the obligation to timely fulfill his obligations to the Romet Rental System Operator and pay the due fee within 7 days of the event.
13.8. The customer has the right to appeal against the decision issued by the Romet Rental System Operator within 14 days of its delivery to the Customer.
Appeals are considered within 21 days from the date of their receipt to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer has the right to submit an application to the Operator for reconsideration of the case which is the subject of the decision issued as a result of the complaint.
13.9. The customer has the right to claim compensation for non-performance or improper performance of the service in court proceedings only when the complaint procedure is exhausted.
Complaint proceedings are considered exhausted also when the Romet Rental System Operator does not provide feedback on the submitted complaint within 1 month from the date of its submission. The operator is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service in limitation to actual damage and does not take into account any possible benefits lost.
13.10. In the case of complaints processed positively, the loans subject to the complaint are returned to the Client's Prepaid Account on account of subsequent loans.
XIV. Withdrawal from the contract.
14.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Romet Rental System Operator, without submitting any further explanations, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.
For this purpose, the User sends to the Operator's address: email@example.com a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.
14.2 In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Customer, if the balance of the Customer's Account is negative, the Client is obliged to bring the balance 0.00 PLN (say zero zlotys), within 7 days from the date of withdrawal from the Agreement.
14.3 The funds paid into the Customer Account are subject to refund in the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Customer within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.
However, the above does not apply to the situation in which, with the consent of the Customer, the service was completed before the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement.
15.1 The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time. The termination of the Agreement should be sent in electronic form to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org along with the data enabling identification of the customer entered during registration to the Romet Rental System ie
• first name and last name,
• telephone number (Login)
• email address provided during registration
• the bank account number to which the funds remaining on the Client's Account are to be refunded.
15.2 In the event of termination of the Agreement by the Customer, when the balance of the Customer's Account is negative, the Customer is obliged to bring it to the balance of 0.00 PLN (in words zero zlotys), within 7 days from the date of the notice, regardless of the provisions of point 12.3 of the Regulations.
15.3 The Customer should use the prepayments made until the end of the contract. The operator does not refund paid but unused fees.
15.4 The Operator reserves the right to terminate the Contract for important reasons, i.e. in case of breach by the Customer of the provisions of the Regulations, such as:
• failure to pay the fee for exceeding the 12-hour bike rental period,
• failure to pay for any damage to the infrastructure of the Romet Rental System,
• Failure to settle a negative account balance within 7 days, after previous unsuccessful calling of the Client to cease or remove breaches.
XVI. Personal data
16.1 The administrator of the Customer's personal data is the Romet Rental System Operator
16.2. Customer's personal data will be processed by the Operator only for own purposes related to the functioning of the Romet Rental System
16.3. Your personal data is processed, stored and secured in accordance with the rules set out in applicable law.
16.4 The Operator undertakes to keep the Customer's personal data confidential
16.5 The customer may, by separate statement, consent to the processing of his data for marketing purposes, sending commercial information, entrusting his data to third parties or for telephone contact for marketing purposes.
16.6. The customer has the right to access their personal data and request their completion, modification or deletion. In the event of any change of personal / contact details, the Customer undertakes to update them immediately in the Romet Rental System
XVII. Final Provisions.
17.1. The use of System Romet Rental requires:
• adequate health of the client, enabling safe use of the bicycle;
having skills and rights to use a bicycle;
• knowledge of traffic regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Act of June 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 98, item 602, as amended).
17.2 The Operator reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations. Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during registration in the Romet Rental System or to another e-mail address indicated by the Customer. The User may terminate the Agreement, however, the notice shall be sent to the address of the Operator. The lack of termination means the acceptance of the changes made to the Regulations by the Client
17.3 In the event of a breach of any of the provisions of the Regulations resulting in damage to the Operator, the Operator reserves the right to block the Customer's account in the Romet Rental System until the matter is resolved.
17.4 In matters not covered by the Regulations, the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Civil Code and the Road Traffic Law Act shall apply.

1. I agree to join by the above a minor to the paid system of Romet Rental self-service bike rental in Słupska, hereinafter referred to as the System, in accordance with the regulations available on the website www.rometrental.com;
2. I got acquainted with the above regulations, I accept its contents and agree to the provisions of the above Regulations;
3. I undertake to cover all possible damages and claims arising in connection with the use of the abovementioned a minor from the Romet Rental System
4. I declare that the above the minor has a valid bicycle card or a driving license of the relevant category;
5. I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Operator and the above-mentioned a minor for the purposes necessary to use the System, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926), for the purpose of implementing the Agreement. I have knowledge that I have the right to access the content of my personal data and the possibility of correcting, supplementing or changing it.
